We are two professional designers profoundly appalled by the retrograde direction in which humanity appears to be sliding.
We are extremely motivated to use the best of our creative skills in a manner intended to assist all compassionate and enlightened human forces to non-violently counter, resist, thwart and deactivate the malignant authoritarian regime we see growing within this nation and the regimes growing within other nations around the planet, every day metastasizing like cancers.
Authoritarian regimes tend to be run by loathsome, corrupt, arrogant and greedy megalomaniacs and their cult drones, stooges and thugs. Consequently, their beleaguered citizens (or subjects) are constrained from expressing their full creative human potentials due to their "leader's" relentless chaotic drumbeats of division, deception, fearmongering, endless gaslighting, and calculated violence taking undue precedence over normal public media, censoring communications and abandoning social justice activities. Their citizens miserably survive in varying degrees of trepidation, if not outright terror.
This. Must. Stop. NOW. You know this is true.
For his own self-aggrandizement and obscene material benefit, an authoritarian's clear intention is to inflame bitter animosities among the people rather than to help create compassionate communities. And why? In doing so, he (or she) seeks to personally magnify profit both in sheer power and also by extorting wealth. "Divide and conquer" is their method: Keep 'em fighting and distracted, while they make off with the loot.
We believe we must act swiftly, together, to heal this destructive illness created and actively spread by the diseased minds and priorities of an international cabal of kleptocratic power-mongers and their willfully duped minions.
By the way, the sales proceeds generated via this "No More Tyrants" website, beyond barebones operating and maintenance expenses (which were surprisingly more than anticipated), are largely being directed toward the organization of protest events, rallies, planning meetings, and also toward two organizations whose missions have played and continue to play important roles in bringing timely justice and health where it is desperately needed: The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF).
No More Tyrants has no direct connection to, nor any agreement or contractual arrangement with, the ACLU or MSF organizations other than how their noble aims personally align with ours and that we wish to help further their uplifting work for a better, freer and more healthy future.
